To pivot Sam Villa to a D2C audience, I led the creative direction and execution of the shoot:
Vision & Concept: Built the vision boards to establish a modern, consumer-friendly aesthetic.
Asset Architecture: Outlined look-by-look breakdowns for each model, mapping out the specific Sam Villa tools to use and the exact video/image assets needed.
On-Set Leadership: Directed models and managed the crew to deliver high-conversion, evergreen content for Shopify and Amazon.
